Job Purpose

The Business Support Division will lead innovation, and business technology services via a shared services model to business operations to enable the optimal use of digitisation, systems and processes to support the business in the achievement of objectives and provide insights into new revenue and value-producing opportunities. Fusion as part of Business Support are the creative team responsible to deliver meaningful, quality and relevant print and digital animation content from conceptualisation to publication (pipeline of brainstorming, assignment, production, editing, and publication) with the aim of driving increased traffic and brand visibility, delivering against project briefs, and company standards.

The Digital Content Administrator will work with the in-house Fusion and digital creative team and is responsible to upload content to the digital asset management library, Sun International website and other digital channels e.g. social media and digital paid channels for Sun International hotels and casinos in line with brand requirements and content standards.


B Degree in English, Marketing or Communications


  • A minimum of 3 years€™ experience marketing with experience using one or more digital content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.)
  • Knowledge / ability to use a social media scheduling tool

Key Performance Areas:

  • Manage all day-to-day content project activities including timelines and briefings within a deadline driven environment
  • Upload content to social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Upload content to digital paid media platforms: Google Search, Google Display
  • Upload dynamic content (specials, events and casino promotions) to the Sun International website
  • Rename, resize and upload images from photoshoots to the DAM
  • Proof-reading and editing of content for various platforms
  • Review and optimise the ongoing performance of all clients€™ content using key SEO strategies and tools to ensure growth.
  • Manage photographic e-commerce assets and image library
  • Oversee the image editing process, including retouching and resizing with speed and accuracy
  • Evaluate whether copy received from units is optimised for various web and social media platforms and facilitate the process of correction with central digital content team
  • Maintain an extensive digital and physical collection sample archive
