Job Purpose

Reporting to the Gaming Floor Manager: Slots, the incumbent will supervise customer service in allocated Slots area, through Guest Service Attendants and self, and ensure standards are maintained in respect of F&B, maintenance, security and hygiene, as per Gaming Legislation and Company Policies.


€¢ Matriculation or equivalent


€¢ 2 years in a gaming environment preferably GSA position €¢ Supervisory development programme or equivalent €¢ Experience in the operations of Slots Floor (security, food and beverage) €¢ Prior experience in customer service related industries preferable

€¢ Improve Customer experience and existing Operations. €¢ Imbed Sun MVG Rewards & Loyalty program. €¢ Create a High Performance, Learning and SI Culture. €¢ Adhere to Gaming Board, FICA and RGP Requirements and regulations €¢ Ensure good and proper decisions that reflect positively on and the Company. €¢ Reports any occurrence on the floor during the shift report log. €¢ Verify adjustments, jackpots, hand pays and handle service complaints of players. €¢ Report machine down with the vendors daily. €¢ Ensure safety and cleanliness of department at all times. €¢ Ensure quality customer service and cheerful atmosphere maintained in your department. €¢ Explain and interpret operating rules of the house to patrons and employees. €¢ May plan and organize activities to create friendly atmosphere for guests. €¢ Ensures gaming slot machines are running efficiently at all times. €¢ Ensure standards are maintained in respect of F&B, maintenance, security and hygiene, as per Gaming Legislation and Company Policies €¢ Responsible for ensuring that effective, consistent and efficient procedures, rules and policies are implemented and maintained in accordance with Slots Procedure Manual €¢ Ensure that the Slots Floor is adequately staffed, in accordance to headcount and business levels, also ensuring that staff functions within their allocated areas €¢ Responsible for all related HR functions and administration €¢ Perform any other duties as deemed by superiors
