Job PurposeReporting to the Gaming Floor Manager: Slots, the incumbent will supervise customer service in allocated Slots area, through Guest Service Attendants and self, and ensure standards are maintained in respect of F&B, maintenance, security and hygiene, as per Gaming Legislation and Company Policies.
EducationÃ¢¬¢ Matriculation or equivalent
Experience:Ã¢¬¢ 2 years in a gaming environment preferably GSA position
Ã¢¬¢ Supervisory development programme or equivalent
Ã¢¬¢ Experience in the operations of Slots Floor (security, food and beverage)
Ã¢¬¢ Prior experience in customer service related industries preferable
Skills and KnowledgeÃ¢¬¢ Sound inter-personal skills team worker
Ã¢¬¢ Ability to work in strict accordance to Company Policies and Procedures
Ã¢¬¢ Sound communication skills
Ã¢¬¢ High concentration level

Ã¢¬¢ Ensures gaming slot machines are running efficiently at all times.

Ã¢¬¢ Responsible for ensuring that effective, consistent and efficient procedures, rules and policies are implemented and maintained in accordance with Slots Procedure Manual
Ã¢¬¢ Ensure that the Slots Floor is adequately staffed, in accordance to headcount and business levels, also ensuring that staff functions within their allocated areas
Ã¢¬¢ Responsible for all related HR functions and administration
Ã¢¬¢ Perform any other duties as deemed by superiors
