Job Purpose

Protection of Company, guests€™ property, assets, through the correct use of Surveillance equipment. Ensuring all ICS and Gaming Board Rules and Regulations are strictly adhered to.


€¢ Matric or equivalent


€¢ Experience in gaming (Slots / Casino) an advantage €¢ Experience in law enforcement (e.g. SAPS, security, defence force etc) an advantage €¢ Registered with PSIRA €“ Grade C

Skills and Knowledge

€¢ Good Numeric and Report writing skills & attention to detail €¢ Understanding of Enterprising Gaming System, Cheeteye and Dallmeier Semsy 111 System an advantage €¢ Good Understanding of Gaming Compliance and Gaming Rules and Regulations €¢ Computer literate; Word and Excel and Outlook essential €¢ To be able to work according to strict ICS€™s, procedures and policies €¢ Above average level of integrity

Key Performance Areas:

€¢ In conjunction with his/her supervisor, monitor and analyze all procedures and gaming systems to provide recommendations to management €¢ In conjunction with his/her supervisor, plan, organize, monitor and control all systems and equipment and ensure it is properly and efficiently utilized to minimize losses and increase profitability €¢ To immediately report defective CCTV equipment to his/her supervisor and record faults in the maintenance/repairs register €¢ To ensure the safekeeping of all keys and other assets to which he/she has access €¢ To ensure that all stationery is kept neat, tidy and controlled, utilized properly and issued according to standard operational procedures
