Job Purpose

To assist the management team with daily operation in the various outlets. To supervise the employees and ensure standards and service is maintained when on duty.

Education

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Hospitality Qualification

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years€™ experience in F&B supervisory position in a 5 star establishment

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Micros
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle situations of conflict
  • Good training skills

Key Performance Areas:

  • Manage the outlet operations whilst on shift
  • Ensure guest relations and hotel standards are adhered to and maintained
  • Ensure staff are fully trained to have knowledge of the menu, billing systems and standards
  • Do on the job training on various procedures including order taking and processing
  • Ensure guest satisfaction at all times whilst on duty
  • On-the-job training of staff in relation to our operation
